..is all what you need. 2 honey sized mangoes, 400ml mango juice, and 80 g sago pearls.
soak sago in water for 30 mins, boil a pot of water, add sago and bring to a boil, turn heat off immediately.cover with lid and let stand for 20 mins and sago shld be cooked by now. Rinse under running water to prevent sago from cooking further & turning starchy. :)
peel the skin off the mango and cubed them nicely. Boil 250ml water & 2-3 tbsp sugar together until sugar dissolved.
pour 1 tbsp cornstarch with 1 tbsp water mixed together, into sugar syrup and stir over low heat to achieve thick & smooth consistency.
Set aside to cool. add mango, mango juice, 125ml evaporated milk into sugar syrup; stir well and finally add cooked sago.
Chill before you serve it cos it is best if it is cold :)
